About Aaron Calthorpe – Director
Aaron Calthorpe set up Prominent Pest Management x years ago. He is fully qualified and licensed in general pest management. As a business we have decided to focus on general pest control for homeowners and businesses. So even though Aaron is also timber pest qualified (so understands termites and borers), we don’t provide termite inspection and treatment services.
Before pest control, Aaron spent 25 years in the hospitality business as a qualified chef. This is where he developed his passion for excellence in customer service.
He has worked across a wide range of sectors including fine dining, restaurants, cafés, sports stadiums, government facilities, and aged care, so fully understands the needs of these organisations when it comes to pest control.
He still holds a current food safety supervisor certificate so is across the relevant legislation requirements for food management businesses.
Our Services
Prominent Pest Management provide both residential pest control and commercial pest control services, along with a range of specialist treatments for specific pests. We are specialists in general pest control (which excludes termites). In particular we specialise in tackling persistent pest problems that others have failed to control.
Termite Inspections and Termite Treatments
Prominent Pest Management do not provide timber pest services (termite inspections and termite treatments). We are qualified and licensed to carry out timber pest work, it’s just as a business we have decided to focus solely on general pest problems for homeowners and businesses. Of course being timber pest qualified, if we spot any potential termite activity when we are carrying out a pest service, we will let you know!
Areas serviced
Prominent Pest Management are centrally located at Deception Bay which allows us easy access to our customers across the Moreton Bay region and down into Brisbane. This allows us to cover from Caboolture in the north, including the key suburbs of Burpengary, Scarborough, Redcliffe and North Lakes, down to the north Brisbane suburbs of Bracken Ridge, Aspley and Boondall. We do have some customers outside of this regular service area, so if you’re struggling to find a pest manager you can trust, please don’t hesitate to call!
